Set against the magnificent backdrop of the Hemsedal mountain range, Skarsnuten Hotel is a stylish, modern design hotel, where the stunning natural landscape takes centre stage. Skarsnuten's spacious structure cleverly utilises glass, stone and slated stone in order to complement the surrounding environment and enhance its own appearance. As Hemsedal is the second largest ski resort in Norway, Skarsnuten offers guests the ideal base from which to take to the slopes during winter. In times of milder weather, there are several hiking trails to choose from. Weddings are something of a specialty at Skarsnuten and can be arranged to suit individual needs, with activities, entertainment and menus arranged accordingly. All food served to guests is fresh and sourced locally. It is possible to rent the entire hotel if 60 or more guests require accommodation.
